Hello. Welcome back to meet with Plant-Based Thai-Style Dishes issues again as usual.

In this post, I will bring you to make stir-fried water spinach with shrimp paste.

It’s a simple and healthy menu. You can use water-spinach or Chinese morning glory.

The deliciousness will be in the shrimp paste. If you get good shrimp paste, it will smell good.

Ingredients:
– water spinach or Chinese morning glory
– shrimp paste
– granulated sugar
– bird’s eye chili
– red spur chili peppers
– garlic
– oyster sauce
– vegetable oil

  Procedure:
1. Cut water-spinach or Chinese morning glory into pieces
2. Cut red spur chili peppers into pieces.

3. Pound the chili and garlic thoroughly.
4. Prepare shrimp paste. Let your friends use it as a shrimp paste. Then put a little sugar in it.

If using curry paste, it will have a strong taste. It won’t be delicious. Add water to it.

Stir the shrimp paste to dissolve it well.
5. Put vegetable oil in the pan.
6. Follow with chili and garlic that we have made. Stir-fry until fragrant.

Once the chili and leek are ready, we will add the shrimp paste that we have melted.

Putting it in the pan, and stir fry. Follow with water spinach or Chinese morning glory.

    Then stir-fry until cooked.

7. For seasoning, fish sauce or soy sauce. I don’t use it because our shrimp paste has a strong taste.

I will only add oyster sauce. If you like bouillon cube, you can add.
If the water is dry, you can add water. Before bringing it down, put chili in it. That’s it.

You can add pork or chicken as you like.
