Stir-Fried Banana flower with red curry paste

Today I went to the market and found a banana flower and bought it two days ago, and it was a bit wilted.
It reminds me of my childhood menu. I want to eat stir-fried banana flowers with red curry paste.
In the past, I would eat meat and then stir fry red curry paste with pork. But today, I will only stir-fried banana flowers with red curry paste because I’m a vegetarian.
How to wash the banana flower from black:
– using water mixed with about 1-tablespoon of lemon juice, then cut the banana flower thinly and then soak in water so they won’t turn black.
Procedure:
– Stir-fry the red curry paste using low heat.
– Take about 1 tbsp of red curry paste.
– Stir fry the banana blossoms and simmer the banana flowers together with the red curry paste.
– Add 1 tbsp of seasoning powder and season with sugar and soy sauce.
We put a lot of water like this curry because we will continue to simmer the banana flowers until the banana flowers are soft. When the banana flowers are dried, they become soft and delicious.
Then continue to simmer until the water is dry. The water is now dry.
you can turn off the stove. It’s very aromatic and finished, topped with vegetarian pork belly, which is made with agricultural protein and has a very similar flavor to the pork.
The taste is so tasty. It’s been my favorite dish since childhood.
Spicy stir-fried banana flower is a staple dish when I was a kid, reminds me of childhood.
Eat with hot steamed rice Or eat it with sticky rice because it’s fried dry.
